Praj Industries Ltd tumbled 6.47% to Rs 355.5 at 14:49 IST.The stock was the biggest loser in the BSE s A group.On the BSE, 2.58 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 6.49 lakh shares in the past one month.
The protesting Millers
Millers and workers at the Abakaliki Rice Mill Limited on Tuesday protested alleged multiple taxation and other ill-treatment by leadership on the company against them.
Their protest led to shutdown of business activities at the mill.
They lamented the leadership’s actions has made many customers to stop patronising the mill.
They alleged N370 is being collected from farmers per bag before they bring in their paddy rice into the mill for processing.
They added that another N370 is charged per bag before the rice is allowed to be taken after processing.
They maintained an empty bag used in bagging the rice after processing, which is supposed to cost N150 goes for N300 in the company.

Multiple crashes have been reported in the Bay of Plenty and South Waikato this morning.
One person has critical injuries after a crash between a car and logging truck on State Highway 1, Lichfield.
A section of the highway has been closed and railway lines were blocked.
A police spokeswoman said the crash, between Baldwin and Scriveners Rds, was reported at 10.02am.

HYBE Entertainment recently showed off their first ever look into the multi themed music exhibition within the newly unveiled BTS museum.
The entire museum encompasses two floors and is spanned across 4.701m with multiple themes.

Dynamic Movement and the third is
Inspiring Story. Each exhibition space showcases the beauty of music, the visual expression of lyrics as well as dance.
The first floor mainly includes sensory based experiences and lets fans experience the art of music through smell and touch.
